Additi Nema, BBA (2018-2021)
I am glad to share my wonderful journey of doing BBA Healthcare management from Amity Institute of Hospital Administration (AIHA), Noida. I am working as an Operation Executive (Smart Infrastructure) in a Health-tech Company.
I admire the knowledge gained and the time spent at Amity University. I have acquired a lot of confidence through various platforms provided by the College which gave me the opportunity to present our innate creativity and talent.
These three years spent at Amity helped to shape my personality and made me a corporate world.
While I was at the campus, I was guided and mentored by the best, not just faculties but also the best of people. I found a very effective support system in my teachers and friends here. They inspired me to excel in every aspect of my life during those days. The concepts and the study methodology used in the program helped me to grow my professional skills. The tenure spent at Amity helped me to grow professionally and personally. Amity has a large alumni network and all our alumni are quite supportive.
I am still in touch with our fellow students and faculty and that speaks volumes in its own way.

Dr. Stanley – MHA
In the realm of entrepreneurship, dreams are realized through determination, hard work, and a strong support system. I, Dr. Stanley Kurian, had the privilege of embarking on an extraordinary journey as a serial entrepreneur during my time at Amity University. Let me whisk you away into a tale filled with laughter, wisdom, and boundless opportunities.
After launching my first startup, Casadent Medicare, I joined Amity University's prestigious Amity Institute of Public Health & Hospital Administration (AIPH&HA). Little did I know that this decision would prove instrumental in shaping my entrepreneurial aspirations. The faculty members at AIPH&HA, led by the dynamic trio of Dr. Ajay Kumar Jain, Dr. Mannivanan, Dr. Yogesh Chandra, Ms. .Jigyasa Rathore became my guiding stars, moulding my start-up plans into gems of ingenuity.
Fuelled by the entrepreneurial bug, I delved into two more ventures, Casa Medicare and Diet O Right, during my academic journey. To my surprise, the AIPH & HA faculty embraced my ambition with open arms, going above and beyond to support me. From attending corporate meetings to investor gatherings, they made sure I had a front-row seat in the entrepreneurial circus while keeping me updated on classroom antics.
Imagine the circus act of balancing three startups, coursework, and exams. It was like juggling flaming bowling pins while tightrope-walking. But fear not! I had an extraordinary bunch of batchmates and faculty members who transformed the impossible into the possible. Amity's collaborative spirit and unwavering support became the wind beneath my entrepreneurial wings.
Now, let's wander into the realm of unconventional choices. Instead of pursuing a traditional business program, I chose to don the cloak of a Master's in Hospital Administration (MHA). Why, you ask? Firstly, I realized that understanding the intricacies of core operations in the medical industry was vital for long-lasting success. Secondly, I knew the power of building a network, and my MHA program at Amity was a networking haven within the healthcare realm.
However, it is worth noting that amidst the journey, I encountered a professor From AIPH&HA who made a jest about my reserved nature, suggesting that I should speak up more. While I initially took offense, I soon realized the importance of understanding human psychology instead of succumbing to melodrama. Each of us has unique strengths and ways of expressing ourselves. It is through embracing our authentic selves that we can truly shine in our entrepreneurial endeavours.
Now, let's turn up the laughter and sprinkle in some wisdom. Who needs a fancy degree from the likes of IIT or IIM? Success isn't determined by the name on your diploma, but by seizing opportunities and making the most of them. Amity University may not have handed me a bag of gold, but it showered me with resources, facilities, and a cohort of brilliant minds. It was like a treasure hunt where I gleefully unearthed gems of knowledge and creativity.
My journey at Amity University exemplifies the transformative power of education, the unwavering support of faculty and peers, and the resilience required to conquer obstacles. As I set sail towards new horizons, fueled by the entrepreneurial spirit instilled within me, I extend a helping hand to fellow adventurers within the Amity community. If you seek guidance on your own startup odyssey, know that I am here, ready to share my laughter, wisdom, and a sprinkle of humour.
So, my fellow dreamers, embrace the laughter, relish the challenges, and dance with the opportunities. With a touch of humour, a dash of philosophy, and an unwavering spirit, let us craft our entrepreneurial destinies.
