Chauhan, the Hon’ble Founder President of Amity Education Group, who has impeccable credentials of an ethical global leader, leading luminary, educationist, visionary and icon of our times, for his guidance and blessings to establish the Amity Institute of Defence & Strategic Studies (AIDSS) at Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP). The Hon’ble Founder President has taken unimaginable ‘de novo’ initiatives towards encouraging collaborative academic ventures through myriad MoU with numerous premier foreign universities for introduction of research driven courses, mutual exchange of student and faculty programmes, modern ingenious projects, etc. thereby creating a fountainhead of innovative incubation of ‘Intellectual Capital’ for students. Furthermore, concomitant empowering of students with sterling leadership attributes, value addition with behavioural sciences and language programmes, unequivocally contributes towards the noble mission of nation building and making India a ‘Knowledge Superpower’ in this decade.

The AIDSS provides contemporary courses related to strategic and critical issues of Defence & Strategy.
