Dr Rajashree Das, Associate Professor, Amity Institute of Biotechnology, AUUP receiving ICMR Shakuntala Amir Chand Prize, 2016 for best published research work in the field of biomedical sciences including clinical research from Mrs. Anupriya Patel , Honble Minister of State, Health and Family Welfare.

Dr. Abishek Arora (B.Sc (Hons) Medical Biotechnology, 2016 Passout)

"I am a clinical neuroscientist who is interested in understanding how the brain develops and how this in turn shapes our health. I warmly remember my foundational years at Amity, where I received my bachelor’s in medical biotechnology (2012 – 2016). It was an enriching experience, both academically as well as socially, by learning together with dedicated professors and an enthusiastic group of peers. With the help of some of our wonderful professors, it was then that I nurtured my passion for the brain and interest in becoming a biomedical researcher. It is also where I partly drew my motivation to continue in academia, first moving to the University of Oxford for my master’s and then to Karolinska Institutet for my doctorate. I shall fondly cherish my memories of Amity for life!"

Mr. Rohit Chauhan (B.Tech Biotechnology, 2016 Passout)

"As a former Amity University student, I can honestly say that my time there played a pivotal role in shaping my career as a biotechnologist and entrepreneur. My name is Rohit Chauhan, and today, I stand proudly holding a Master's degree in Biodiversity & Environmental Health from University of Siena, Italy and a recently secured 20 lakh grant from Amity Innovation Incubator under Startup India Seed Fund scheme initiative. Looking back, I realize the seeds of these achievements were sown during my undergraduate years at Amity. Today, I'm living proof of the transformative power of Amity University. It's not just an institution; it's a nurturing ground where dreams take shape and ambitions are realized. To any aspiring biotechnologist or entrepreneur, I say this: If you seek a university that pushes boundaries, empowers individuals, and fosters innovation, then Amity University is your launchpad."
