Mr. Sandeep Sethi, Group Head & General Manager – Service Improvement Group,  ICICI Bank,  had a very  interactive  session with Amity Business School - MBA/BBA students on Saturday 18th March 2017 at 11 am. Dr. Deepa Karandikar (Director-CRC) Dr. Janaki Naik (Director -ABS), Ms. Parinaaz Mehta -faculty coordinator for CRC-ABS were present for this session.

Mr. Sethi shared various experiences during his work tenure with big organizations like Minda, LG and ICICI Bank. These examples were very informative to the students who are aspiring for a career in Banking and NBFC sector. He shared that students have to be ready for different roles and should be keen for sales profiles. He spoke about concentrating on developing skills, knowledge and will for being successful. He stressed that one has to work on himself for improvisation rather than depending on anyone else. He also spoke about 6 sigma and Quality aspects with a lot of examples. He did some time in mentoring the students on a one on one basis.
