YRoNS 2011

4th Symposium for Young Researchers of Natural Sciences (YRoNS)


In conjunction with the International Year of Chemistry 2011 initiative, the symposium was held from April 10 to 15, 2011 at Institut de Genech, France and issues of focus was entitled:
“Planet of Fire and Water: Alterations and Equilibrium in Chemistry and in our Everyday life”.

3rd YRoNS was held at Grammar School, Nicosia, Cyprus(2010) and issues of focus was entitled:

  • Improved methods of processing/ preservation/ storage and transport of food products
  • Conceptualization of Gadgets based on alternate energy usage
  • Innovative practices for harnessing natural resources
