About Us UPCON

The 10th "IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section International Conference on Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering (UPCON-2023)" is top-level International Conference covering broad topics in the areas of Electrical, Computer and Electronics Engineering, will be organized this year by, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida, India. UPCON conference is organized annually at various locations in Uttar Pradesh (UP). Prior to this, first nine series of UPCON conferences were organized at GCET, Greater Noida (2014), Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIITA), Allahabad (2015), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU) Varanasi (2016) and GLA University (GLAU) Mathura (2017), MMMUT Gorakhpur (2018), AMU Aligarh (2019), MNNIT Allahabad (2020) and Tula’s Institute Dehradun (2021), IIIT Allahabad (2022) respectively. This conference will provide an excellent platform to the researchers to present their research work and is known as the UP-section's conference.

The conference is technically and financially sponsored by IEEE UP Section. There are multiple tracks in the conference covering almost all areas of Electrical, Computer & Electronics Engineering. Uttar Pradesh Section is located in Region 10 and is represented at the India Council. The Section was formed on 11 May 1992. Prior to that, Uttar Pradesh had been a sub-section under the Delhi Section since 28 December 1970. IEEE UP Section interfaces with industries and academia through various technical and humanitarian activities. This Section organizes various activities throughout the year. Conference Proceedings will be abstracted and indexed by IEEE Xplore.

OBJECTIVES:

10th IEEE UP SECTION INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON ELECTRICAL, ELECTRONICS AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING (UPCON – 2023), is being organized with the prime objective to bring together research scholars, practicing scientists, and industrialists from across the world, and from wide spectrum of engineering and management domains, onto a common platform for the following outcome:

  • To strengthen the industry-Academia bond and enhance collaborative and meaningful research on issues of current relevance.
  • Expose the participating delegates to the emerging technologies through presentations and panel discussion.
  • Provide networking opportunities to delegates on a virtual platform.
  • To Organize expert’s Talk by domain experts of global eminence, through interactive webinars, for a panoramic overview on advances in their domain.
  • To recognize the eminent global achievers for their remarkable achievement and contributions in their respective domains by Instituting suitable IEEE UP Section and Amity awards of excellence.
