Authors of accepted papers are required to Register the paper by paying the prescribed Registration Fee as per the category. (Please refer SPIN 2022 website for more details:
- It is mandatory to present the accepted paper during the conference for the possible publication in the Proceedings of the conference to be published by the Springer in Communications in Computer and Information Science, (CCIS), Springer Book series.
The following important action must be taken by the authors of Final Accepted Papers for CCIS:
- Revise the paper as per the review comments.
- Prepare the Author’s Response to the Reviewers’ Comments and address each comment appropriately.
- After revision, similarity of your paper shall be checked again.
- Revised Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) submissions should strictly follow the recommended CCIS Springer conference template and guidelines available at: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines

- All references must follow the CCIS Springer format of referencing as given in guidelines (Sr No4).
- Please limit your paper within 12-15 pages as per CCIS Springer template (one-column page format, 400 words per page approx.).
- The document should not have any password protection.
- Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
- Please ensure that the following document must reach to us within given timeline after the receiving of the Final Acceptance e-mail:
- Revised Camera-Ready Paper
- Author’s Response to Review Comments
- Proof of Registration Fee paid
- Valid ID Card for the Registration Category
- Registration Form
Failing which, the paper may not be considered for the inclusion in the CCIS book series.
- The returned mail should be sent at the e-email ID: spin@amity.edu and the subject line should be as follows: Paper ID_CRC_CCIS_ Accepted

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- AUTHORS ARE ADVISED TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE ABOVE GUIDELINES.
- Registration fee once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted if the revised CRC of paper get rejected due to, NON-COMPLIANCE of the paper template, the review COMMENTS, HIGHSIMILERITY Score etc.
