• Participants must register before the deadline to be eligible.

• All work must be original and created during the hackathon;
pre-existing code is not allowed unless specified (e.g., use of
libraries or APIs).
• Maintain a respectful, collaborative environment. Harassment or
inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Code of Conduct
• Adhere to the values of inclusivity, respect, and teamwork.
• Respect intellectual property and privacy.
• Avoid plagiarizing or submitting work done by others.
3. Submission Guidelines
• Teams must submit:
◦ Code: Properly commented source code via the platform (e.g.,
GitHub, Devpost).
◦ Demo/Presentation: A 2-5 minute video or slide deck explaining
their project.
◦ Documentation: Clear description of the project, technologies
used, and how to set it up.
4. Judging Criteria
Projects will be evaluated on:
• Innovativeness: Novelty of the idea and use of LiDAR
technology.
• Technical Implementation: Comprehensiveness and clarity of idea,
Quality of prototype, practical feasibility of the area
• Impact: Potential environmental and societal impact of the
solution.
• Sustainability: Long-term viability and ecological balance
• Presentation and Clarity: How well the solution is articulated.
5. Team Collaboration
• Teams should collaborate using shared platforms like GitHub,
Slack, or Discord.
• Ensure team members agree on roles and responsibilities at the
start.
6. Mentorship and Support
• Mentors will be available during specific hours to assist teams
with technical or conceptual queries.
• Use designated channels for communication.
7. Disqualification
Teams may be disqualified for:
• Failing to comply with the rules.
• Engaging in unethical behavior.
• Submitting incomplete or plagiarized work.
