Top Leadership from Japan Embedded Systems Technology Association, visit Amity University to provide placement opportunities to the students

A Delegation comprising of 25 Top Leaders from Japan Embedded Systems Technology Association, including Mr. Kenji Otsu, Chairman Japan Embedded Technology Education Associate, Mr. Hajme Eguchi, Chief Yanai Electric and Machinery Co., Ltd, Mr. Toshiyuki Yamada, Managing Director Japan Embedded Systems Technology Association, Mr. Hirokazu Saito, President InsightOne Corporation and many others, visited Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP), Noida Campus, with an aim to strengthen industry partnerships in the areas of Research, Internships & Placements. 

 

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Toshiyuki Yamada, Managing Director Japan Embedded Systems Technology Association, stated, “We are honoured and pleased to be present here at Amity today. Japan Embedded Systems Technology Association (JASA) was established with an aim to contribute to Japan's industrial development through technological advancements in embedded systems which are integrated into a machine such as smartphones, automobiles, home appliances, and industrial robots, to perform a specific function. Japan’s embedded industry is special as Japan leads the world in high-quality manufacturing, built on advanced embedded technology. However, there is a need and demand for global engineers who can work with our member companies. Therefore, we are here to discuss the employment opportunities for the students of Amity, which will help in enhancing their skills, expertise and technical knowledge.”

 

Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor Amity University Uttar Pradesh, opined, “We are extremely delighted to host the Delegation from Japan Embedded Systems Technology Association. The visit marks the beginning of a long-standing, meaningfully enriching association, which will create a dynamic environment for fostering research collaboration by nurturing future-ready professionals who can provide solutions to the real-world challenges existing in the rapidly evolving global landscape. We would like to collaborate in the areas of embedded systems, advanced materials, nano materials, medical applications, automobiles and other related areas. Amity shares a great rapport with Japanese companies and many of our students have been placed in Japanese companies. Through this mutually beneficial partnership, we aim to provide our students with the best opportunities in research and innovation in the area of science, engineering and technology.”

 

Dr. Anjani Kumar Bhatnagar, Additional Director & Head, Amity Technical Placement Centre welcomed the Delegates, also present on the occasion were the HOIs, Deans, scientists and researchers of Amity. During the Campus Tour, the delegation visited Amity Drone Centre, Amity Centre for Artificial Intelligence, the high-tech laboratories and admired the state-of the art infrastructure of Amity University.
