Three-day Annual Art Exhibition, KREATIV ’25 commences at Amity
Amity School of Fine Arts (ASFA), Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT), and Amity School Performing Arts (ASPA), have jointly organized a three-day annual Art Exhibition, KREATIV’ 2025 from 25th to 27th March 2025 at Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida Campus.
Inaugurating the exhibition, Eminent Puppeteer, Padmashree, Shree Dadi Pudumjee, averred, “The exhibition is very interesting with various kinds of artworks on display and the art created by the students is a reflection of their talent.” He advised them to innovate and make their art unique and different by using new techniques.
Addressing the students, Mrs. Divya Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity School of Fashion Technology stated, “Today, we have amongst us very distinguished and eminent artists who have come to witness the creative artworks of the students. Students must be grateful to their parents since parents sacrifice their own dreams to fulfil their children’s dreams. STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) is a very popular term and now “A” has been added to STEM, which stands for Arts”.
Congratulating the students, Eminent Artist, Shree Pratul Dash, said, “Such platforms provide the opportunity to the students to showcase their creativity. Students must also see the exhibition of other artists so that they know about the latest developments and new forms and techniques, in the field of art.”
Eminent Artist Smt. Mona Rai, said, “The artworks created by the students are highly impressive, which shows their hard work, dedication and passion and the guidance of their teachers. Art is a powerful medium to express oneself and my heartiest congratulations to all the students, they must keep doing the good work.”
Welcoming the guests, Prof. (Dr) Pradeep Joshi, Group Addl. Pro Vice Chancellor AUUP, said, “KREATIV ‘25 is an annual activity comprising of “Annual Display of Artwork” of Students of Amity School of Fine Arts (Painting, Applied Art, Animation & Visual Communication programme), Design Collection Presentation & Industry Seminar on the theme, ‘Fashion Industry in India-Changing Paradigms’ by Amity School of Fashion Technology & Performance of Students of Amity School of Performing Arts. The Event will showcase talent and original ideas of budding professionals of Art & Design field.”
During the three-day programme, more than 700 paintings, installations, Pop Art, Mural Art, Portraits, Abstract Art, Animation 2D, and Visual Animation Display by Undergraduate and Post Graduate Students of Amity School of Fine Arts, are being showcased. In addition, National Art Competition and Amity Art Camp 2025 have also been organized on the theme, “Dreams and Passion”. The National Art Competition has received a total of 27 digital entries from various institutions such as Jamia Millia Islamia, Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Assam University and others. A total of 31 participants are participating in Amity Art Camp 2025, wherein the students will be provided with canvas and colors, and will make their artworks at the Amity campus.
During KREATIV 2025, a "Fashion Show" by Amity School of Fashion Technology and an Annual Music Event, by Amity School of Performing Arts, are also being organized.
