Amity Alumni celebrate Silver Jubilee Reunion
Amity University organized the “Silver Jubilee Alumni Reunion- 2024” of Amity Business School, Batch of 1998, which brought together 39 renowned Alumni from across the world, at Amity Campus, Sector 44 Noida. The Alumni reconnected after a period of 25 years, to cherish old memories and celebrate their achievements.
Addressing the Alumni, Dr. Atul Chauhan, Chancellor, Amity University said, “Amity is proud to see its Alumni doing so well in their respective careers and working at the top leadership positions. The success of our Alumni is a testimony to Amity’s commitment of providing high quality education along with great human values, under the visionary leadership of Dr. Ashok K Chauhan, Founder President Amity Education Group. Our alumni are our brand ambassadors, and we are proud of each one of them since they have kept the flag of Amity flying high and brought laurels to their Alma Mater.”
Extending a warm welcome to the Amity Alumni, Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh stated, “Alumni meet is an event for old relationships to be cherished, celebrated, and refreshed and new ones to be formed and it gives us immense pleasure to meet the Alumni of Amity today. It is a time to reflect and relive the good old times and an opportunity to develop synergetic plans to build a strong association for mutual exchange of knowledge, resources and ideas. Amity aims to make every student a success story and today we can proudly say that each one of our Alumni has achieved huge success in all their endeavors, making us immensely proud.”
Sharing his experience, Mr. Rahul Shankar, CEO Modicare Limited and Alumnus of Amity Business School, said, "Coming back to the Amity campus today feels like we all are back to college, and it fills our heart with nostalgia. The times spent here with our friends are the most memorable days of my life, which I will always cherish. During the Silver Jubilee Alumni Meet, the Alumni visited the classrooms, canteen, hostel, and library of Amity. In addition, the alumni were gifted a book with a handwritten message by Dr. Ashok Kumar Chauhan, Founder President, Amity Education Group.
Also present on the occasion were Dr. Sanjeev Bansal, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, and Director, Amity Business School, Dr. Anupam Narula, Deputy Director, Alumni Relations, along with the faculty of Amity Business School.
Amity Alumni have covered a long journey in their career spanning 25 years and have reached the pinnacle of success. Some of the Alumni including Mr. Vikas Gandhi, Associate Director Jubilant Ingrevia Ltd, Ms. Mukti Mehta, Founder The Sinful Oven, Ms. Angeli Wadehra Pathania, Manager-Governance & Reporting, Santander UK PLC UK, Ms Prerna Singh CEO Confectionery IFFCO, UAE and Ms. Nirupma Jyoti Sivakumar Founder, BEN Research Pte Ltd, BizVolatus Pte Ltd Singapore, attributed their success to the grooming and the guidance they received from the leadership of Amity.
