Cultivating the skills of students by emphasizing their individual, professional, and personal growth is fundamental to campus life. Engaging in a wide range of activities enables students to excel in communication, organization, and team management.

At ASB, students participate in extracurricular activities that enrich them emotionally, cognitively, physically, and socially. These activities, which impart valuable lessons, align with learning outcomes and pedagogic goals. They promote national integration, coexistence, cultural values, and overall well-being. Whether through sports, technical, cultural, literary activities, or fine arts like music and theatre, these experiences are vital for students' holistic development. They also help identify and nurture students' talents, contributing to their professional growth.

Sangathan: Inter Amity Institutions Sports Meet

Every year, Amity campuses across India participate in SANGATHAN, a month-long mega event that culminates in the Founder’s Day celebrations, in honor of Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, Founder President of Amity. Over 150 Amity institutions, 17 Amity schools, and pre-schools from 15 cities in India, as well as students from Amity campuses in London, Singapore, New York, California, Dubai, and Mauritius, gather at Amity grounds to pay their respects to their Founder President.

The event kicks off with the unfurling of the “Sangathan Flag,” followed by an impressive march-past featuring over 5000 Amity students. Students then compete in 35 different sports and games, including badminton, squash, basketball, volleyball, karate, judo, cricket, chess, swimming, and tug-of-war, vying for the coveted trophies. Additionally, the students present a vibrant cultural program showcasing the diverse cultures of different Indian states.

Clubs and Committees:

Beyond academic excellence, Amity School of Business fosters student involvement in both academic and co-curricular activities. The institute hosts a variety of student-driven clubs and committees, where students can showcase leadership, organizational skills, creativity, and talent. These clubs, formed at the start of each academic year, operate independently under the club convenors. Major clubs include the E-Cell, Finance Club, Human Resource Club, Environment Club, Music & Dramatics club, Sports Club and Marketing Club. These clubs regularly organize activities and connect students to University-level Domain Clubs, serving as a platform for holistic student development.

Alumni Meets:

Once an Amitian, always an Amitian. Amitians belong to a network of over 100,000 successful alumni working in top organizations worldwide. Our unique pedagogy and active Alumni Industry Interface (AII) provide a competitive edge in student placements. ASB alumni have secured positions in prestigious companies like McKinsey, Amazon, Fidelity, Citibank, E-Value Serve, Pipal Research, etc. Many alumni pursue further studies at renowned universities and business schools in India and abroad. ASB also hosts an annual alumni meet, nurturing the relationship between the institute and its alumni, and providing current students with networking opportunities.

Co-Curricular:

ASB proudly supports its dynamic and enterprising students in reaching their milestones and winning awards. Our students embody a winning spirit, participating in Clubs and Committee activities, the Amity Youth Festival, and various inter-institutional events at prestigious institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, Christ College Bangalore, ICFAI, India Habitat Centre, etc.

Social Responsibility:

ASB proudly highlights the civic responsibility of its students, faculty, and staff. Over the past year, we have raised AIDS awareness on World AIDS Day, organized a blood donation camp, and performed street plays on various social issues. We also held a poster-making activity titled “Expressions.” Unique to ASB, we conduct the Model United Nations (MUN), an academic simulation of the United Nations. MUN educates participants about civics, current events, effective communication, globalization, and multilateral diplomacy. In a standard Model UN, students take on roles as diplomats and participate in a simulated session of an intergovernmental organization.
