Placement Process
The placement process at ACCF aims to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between the students and the industry. The process initiates from the month of September when the students fill up the ‘Campus Placement Form’ and submit it to the Placement Team. Thereafter, various placement activities viz. workshops, counselling sessions, resume writing sessions, group discussions are conducted to prepare the students for future jobs. The companies conduct pre-placement talks to give in-depth information about roles and profiles being offered. Placement drives are conducted both on-campus and off-campus. Selection process typically comprises of CV based short-listing, group discussions and interview round. Selected students are given the offer letters once final results are announced by the companies.
Summer Placement
ACCF organizes various placement activities to help the students showcase their talents to the industry during the placement processes. Summer jobs are the first step toward gaining skills and experiences that will help in advancing to a productive career after graduation. Students meet diverse groups of people they probably wouldn’t meet anywhere else before graduating. Not only is it perfect for their social skills, but also these people may just be the references they need in the future. Summer jobs open the door for students to learn how to handle different situations effectively, whether it is working under pressure or facing not-so-friendly customers. These experiences will be beneficial to student’s confidence moving forward in both their career and life.

ACCF, the place which gave me an opportunity to find myself, explore new adventures that lead me to a beautiful destination - Deloitte. All the Faculty members have young soul wrapped in years of learning experiences.
Placement Cell gave me Christmas gift earlier in Nov 2020. The whole ride from prepping to getting placed was amazing, the Faculty members guided me throughout the procedure. Their support and sheer guidance helped me to land in big 4.
My two years' journey at Amity have been a wonderful experience of learning with prolific exposure to the outside. The years spent here have been full of learning opportunities that were full of fun and frolic and sometimes with academic grind that one has to go through. The entire faculty and department leaves no stone unturned to shape one's future. The classes are not only theoretical. We start with theory but then we jump into practical cases.
I would like to specially thank the entire placement team which was led by Dr. Sujata Khandai, Dr. Vinod Kumar, Ms. Lochan Sharma, Ms. Preeti Tyagi and many others for guiding me and helping me in getting placed at Deloitte.
It has been an incredible journey at Amity College of Commerce and Finance. I am a B.com(H) graduate from this institution, with not just a degree but a whole lot of achievements in academics and co curriculars. The HOI mam and all the learned faculty of our department have always extended their constant guidance and support. The highlights of my three years at Amity include the successfully completion of my summer internship at American Express. I have also done an additional internship in Paytm. I am very proud to mention that I was placed in 3 companies, namely Genpact, Amazon and AXA XL via campus placements which indeed was impossible without the great support of the placement board of ACCF. I am currently taking up the job offer from AXA XL, Gurgaon.
Thank you Amity and all the my respected faculty for the opportunities and direction to help me carve a career for myself.
Placement 2021
The placement drive at ACCF for 2021 began last year amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Overcoming all difficulties, the drive kicked off on a strong note with students bagging over multiple placement offers from different organisations across various industries- Byju’s, Deloitte and Planetspark, QX Global Group to name a few.
