We at Amity College of Commerce and Finance have a knowledge sharing platform wherein we deliberate on innovative and path-breaking multi-disciplinary ideas which can be materialized. The idea is to stir the intellectual vault and share something substantial which could be beneficial to all the faculty and staff members. We invite experts from within and outside Amity University to share their valuable inputs and expertise on a wide range of topics including both technical and other generically relevant areas such as parenting, grooming, mental well -being, qualitative research methods, case writing, financial planning, Data Analytics using R studio ,PLS Sem, applying for projects and other such areas. 5. Engagement and Learning Initiatives

The pandemic pushed the entire globe to go digital amidst lockdown and the need to maintain social distancing. However, at Amity University, the process has been quite agile and fast. With the robust technological interface and digital infrastructure, Amity University took a leap in being consistently available for its students through various means. At a very short notice the classes were taken in the online mode without any disruptions. The faculty mentors have been constantly in touch with all their mentees to counsel them through any challenges and to keep a check on their well-being and their families’ well-being. We have kept abreast of the fast-paced changes on account of the pandemic and all the Amitians, including faculty members, staff members and the students at large embraced the change quite rapidly. We have been having very engaging class discussions including role plays, simulation exercises, quizzes, online examinations and other extra -curricular activities including various club committee activities including dance, debate, singing and community outreach activities.
