We are delighted to invite your esteemed institution to participate in this competition. The competition will be conducted in hybrid mode, with the Preliminary Round being held online while Quarter Final, Semi Final and the Final Rounds being held Offline in the campus.
Amity University Mumbai (AUM) is a part of Amity Universe and has been established under the support of Ritnand Balved Education Foundation (RBEF), a non-profit educational trust under which all Amity Institutions are running at home and overseas. Amity Law School is a part of Amity University Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is one of the leading legal education institutions in the country and has been successfully conducting seminars, conferences, various intellectually challenging events, and seminars. The various programs in Amity Law School seek to promote multi-disciplinary analysis of socio-legal problems.

Santhosh Kumar, Amity Law School, Mumbai is organizing this 3rd Edition of the National Moot Court Competition. The topic of the Moot Court revolves around Narcotic drugs, encompassing substances like heroin, cocaine, and opioids.
These substances can engender addiction, leading individuals to wrestle not only with physical ailments but also emotional and mental trials, reverberating through families and communities. The complexities of legality further weave a tapestry of criminal activities and legal dilemmas that impact us collectively. Legal frameworks play a pivotal role in curbing the illegal drug trade.
