VISAS

1. Personal Documents

1. Original Visa application form (duly hand-filled in and signed by applicant) (form attached in email)
2. Original 4 passport sized photographs.
3. Photocopy of Passport (biodata) page - valid beyond stay (residential address to be visible, if present)
4. Original handwritten acceptance letter (dated and signed by hand).
   Kindly refer to the attached template for guidance.

2. Financial Documents

1. Original Bank statement with bank logo, letterhead, and footer with the bank details- Recent 6 months (Stamped, dated, and signed on each page). The balance must exceed MUR 150,000 or USD 3,500.
   Note: After Arrival in Mauritius and received full visa - Students will have to produce proof of funds of Rs 150,000 in local Bank Account (original)

3. Sponsor / Guardian Documents

1. Copy of the Sponsor/Guardian's Passport or National ID (Sponsor must be next of kin or legal guardian; residential address must be visible, where applicable)
2. Original Letter of Sponsorship from the same individual as stated above (duly dated and signed), or an Original Letter of Self-Sponsorship, where applicable.
3. The signature of the sponsor/guardian must correspond exactly with the signature reflected on their passport or national ID.

4. Medical Documents

1. Original Medical Certificate from country of origin (Dated, stamped, and signed).

Blood tests as follows:

• Full Blood Count
• Fasting Blood Sugar
• Blood Urea
• Hepatitis B (Surface Antigen)
• Hepatitis C (Antibody)
• HIV test (method used must be specified)
• VDRL / TPHA Test
• Filariasis Test
• Leprosy - (The doctor must confirm that the student is not suffering from Leprosy on examination, Stamped and signed)

Chest X-ray Report - Original report to be submitted separately, stamped, dated, and signed on each page

Medical Fitness Certificate - Original medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner certifying that a comprehensive medical examination has been conducted.

5. Police / Morality Documents

1. Original Police Certificate/ Morality Certificate
   With the recent passport number on it (Dated, stamped, and signed)/ online certificate must contain a bar-code or link to verify the same.

6. Academic Documents

1. Copy of your Secondary School Certificate or WAEC or any other academic certificate.
   • Ensure the date of birth on the certificate matches your passport.
   • If the date of birth does not match, kindly provide an affidavit.

7. Accommodation Documents

1. Accommodation Letter (Original)
   • If accommodation is arranged through the institution, allocation depends on current availability.
   • A deposit may be required to secure accommodation while the visa application is processed.
2. Copy of Landlord's ID (Copy)
3. Most Recent Copy of Landlord's Utility Bill (Should be same address as per the accommodation letter)
