About the Event: Circuit Spider is circuit building contest. The participants will be provided with problems related to circuits. They are required to design the circuit according to provided problem from the given resistors and equivalent resistance values. This event is aimed to bring a positive transformation in the student’s attitude in their future project works.
Structure:
Round 1: Online Circuit Simulation
- The difficulty level of the first round will be easy.
- Time limit will be 20 minutes for the first round.
- The DC circuits to design in this round will have difficulty from basic to a mediocre level.
Round 2: Online Circuit Simulation
- The difficulty level of the second round will be increased.
- Time limit will be 20 minutes for the second round.
- AC circuit will also come into action in this round.
Round 3: Circuit Design on PCB/BREADBOARD
- The DC circuits will be designed with physical component at designated place.
- Element will be provided to the participants
- Time limit will be 20 minutes for this round.
Rules and Regulations:
- No extra time will be given to any participants under any circumstances.
- Decision taken by the management team will be final.
- In case of any misconduct, the participant will be disqualified.
Judging Criteria:
- Winners will be decided on the basis of all the three rounds
- Correct circuit and time taken by the participant for the given task.
