Sports are an important part of the curriculum at Amity. Amity Pushp Vihar takes special care to inculcate in students a love for games, thus assisting in the realization of the full physical potential of the student and also inculcating in them the spirit of sportsmanship.

  • The school curriculum provides for 2-4 classes per week of physical training for each student. For interested students, extra coaching in all sports is available beyond school hours.
  • A huge playground in the school premises offers an open space for students to indulge in unstructured play besides being the perfect space for races and athletic events.
  • The school offers regular classes in Yoga, Aerobics and Karate. The skating rink provides adequate facilities for roller skating. Professional coaches are there to train and guide the students.
  • The school offers sports facilities in athletics, badminton, basketball, chess, cricket, football, gymnastics, hockey, karate, shooting, skating, table tennis, tennis, volleyball etc.
  • School teams are trained for various sports after school for inter-school, zonal, inter zonal and other competitions.
