    Happy School

Happiness is not only the purpose of life but is also a state that can be achieved and taught through human effort. The school is one of the principal sources of human development and, as such, the basic place for facilitating happiness for children. A school where students, teachers, administrators, and staff feel happy may be defined as a happy school. . A happy school is a place where everyone feels a sense of belonging to a community where they feel welcomed, satisfied, secure, and can be themselves. It is the collective responsibility of students, teachers, parents, and school administrators to create a loving and happy environment in school. Our school curriculum is developed to make the school a happy place, that is, a place where students can feel the joy of learning.

Four major factors that define happiness are,: physical, social-emotional, individual and instructional factors. At AIS, NM, we follow the following measures to create a happy place for our students to learn and grow

  • Developing a humanistic administration approach.
  • We focus on relationships between teacher and parent, teacher and student, teacher and teacher, student and student, thus improving the standard of quality of teaching and learning.
  • We encourage healthy emotional development in students.

Developing the right attitude in students and teachers, such as, cooperation, mutual respect hence improving students’ moral behavior.
