Over 119 students from Class IV to X participated in The Green Olympiad conducted by The Energy and Research Institute (TERI) on November 22, 2016 in the school. There were 26 achievers, out of which 6 students received the Certificate of Distinction and 21 students received the Certificate of Merit.

The Green Olympiad is designed to test the knowledge of students in the field of environment and in turn create awareness about issues touching their daily lives. It aspires to develop human resources, institutional infrastructure and a diverse mixture of locale-specific, regional and national action plans to sensitize schools on the need for environmental protection.
