Amity Innovation Incubator Centre, Chandigarh was formed in early 2010 as one of the 12 Virtual Incubation Centers launched across India with a purpose of giving a platform for potential entrepreneurs a facility where they can be provided a wide range of incubation services to nourish entrepreneurial talent such as - Business Planning, Legal & IPR assistance, Managerial Support, Technology Support, Networking, Collaborations & Alliances, Mentors, Training & Team development.

The Chandigarh Centre has student volunteers as active members engaging in various simulation exercises, discussions and brain storming sessions for conceiving and working out on business models and generating awareness amongst the would be employers of tomorrow.

In order to get the best of innovation and creativity, regular knowledge sessions and interactions with eminent personalities from the corporate sector and entrepreneurs are being organized to foster learning from practical experiences of the corporates. The Cell also plans to have a tie-up with prominent networks in the region and launch a special lecture series in the forthcoming months to hone up entrepreneurial talent.
