My continuous stay of about three decades in Germany gave me opportunity to come in close contact with marketing and sales professionals from all over the world. Through my observations, I have found that young Indian talent, if groomed correctly, can become the finest in any area of marketing. Their analytical and creative intelligence, trained and tapped properly, can help them evolve into skillful CRM professionals.
It would be my earnest endeavour to inculcate not only the best of creative and technical qualifications, but also indispensable human qualities in my students, which would take them to the pinnacle of success.
