The International Conference on Business Transformation for Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Value Creation - Edition II, organized by Amity College of Commerce and Finance, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, in collaboration with ACCA-UK, Goldsmiths, University of London, and Middlesex University, Dubai, scheduled to be held on January 23 and 24, 2025 will feature a blend of keynote speeches, panel discussions, and paper presentations, focusing on innovative practices, emerging trends, and strategic approaches that drive sustainable growth and long-term value in businesses across diverse sectors. This conference seeks to address the pressing need for sustainable practices that align with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. By fostering a collaborative environment, the event will encourage the sharing of research findings, case studies, and best practices that highlight the importance of sustainable entrepreneurship in creating value not only for shareholders but also for society at large. Given the urgent need to discuss topics such as sustainability, entrepreneurship, and value creation, participants will gain insights into how businesses can leverage technology, innovation, and ethical practices to transform their operations, enhance competitiveness, and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable world.

Themes such as Industry 5.0, which integrate advanced technologies with human intelligence, and Innovations in Sustainable Business Models will be explored. Discussions will also delve into Value Creation and ESG, examining how sustainable practices drive value, and Transformative Leadership, focusing on strategic leadership approaches. Lastly, the theme of Policy and Governance will address the regulatory frameworks and governance practices necessary to support sustainable business operations. The conference would also feature a pre-conference workshop on digital text analysis and qualitative analysis and a special session on sustainability reporting.

Conference workshops

Day 1: Introduction to Computational Text Analysis

With the proliferation of ChatGPT, both researchers and wider community are becoming aware of latest advances in computational methods for text analysis. The main aim of this workshop is to introduce the variety of text analysis methods to the research community. This workshop will provide an overview of different computational text analysis methods, examine the challenges in collecting data and applying the methods and discuss the publishing of computational text analysis research.

Day 2: Essential AI Tools for Research

The "Essential AI Tools for Research" workshop is designed to provide academics and researchers with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively and ethically integrate AI tools into their research processes. The workshop will include a hands-on session that will enable participants to become familiar with popular AI tools for research. This workshop is ideal for academics, early-career researchers, and research students who are interested in integrating AI tools into their work while adhering to ethical research practices.

  • Use Times New Roman 12-point font, double spaced, 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around, and 5” × 11” page setting.
  • File format: Portable Document Format (.pdf) or Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx).
  • Figures, graphs, tables, appendices, and references should follow the American Psychological Association (APA) Style Guide.
  • References maybe single spaced.
  • To facilitate the blind review process, remove all author identifying information, including acknowledgments from the uploaded document. Self-referencing that gives away the author’s identity should also be avoided. If self-references are essential, it should be in the third person.
