OVERVIEW OF THE CONFERENCE

The 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda has sparked a transformative wave of social responsibility among businesses. They have expanded their focus beyond wealth maximization to include the well-being of all stakeholders. This shift has not only resulted in sustainable value creation but has also provided businesses with opportunities to innovate their products and processes.

Through a unified goal of social, economic, and environmental welfare, companies have been able to collaborate and co-integrate, creating a stronger business community. Business transformations must be mutually reinforcing, systems-based, aligned with government organizations, and easily communicable. Achieving these transformations requires deliberate and long-term structural changes in resource use, infrastructure, institutions, technologies, and social relations. These changes must be based on a deep understanding of the interdependencies between different systems and sectors and must be designed to foster mutually beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
Achieving sustainable transformations requires collaborative efforts and ongoing dialogue between all stakeholders, including businesses, civil society, communities, and government. It requires breaking down silos and integrating their diverse perspectives. The conference will focus on the critical role of business transformation in fostering sustainable entrepreneurship and creating long-term value for businesses and society. With sustainability becoming increasingly essential in today's business landscape, this conference aims to bring together entrepreneurs, business leaders, academics, and sustainability practitioners to explore innovative strategies, best practices, and emerging trends that drive business transformation towards sustainability. Through presentations, panel discussions, case studies, and interactive sessions, this conference will provide a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration, enabling participants to gain insights, exchange ideas, and explore actionable strategies to drive business transformation for sustainable entrepreneurship and value creation. The two days’ conference would witness the congregation of participants and resource persons from the country as well as overseas. Papers will be presented on both days in technical sessions pertaining to the functional areas of General Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship and Finance on themes covering Sustainability, Innovation, Integration, Inclusion and Diversity.
