Leadership, Consistency, Assertiveness and Knowledge. These are the qualities that corporate establishments seek in their managers. The MBA Curriculum at ABS, Manesar affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University focuses on assimilation of knowledge and aims at providing a multi-functional perspective.

The first year course aims at providing the students with a solid foundation in the fundamental functional disciplines thereby giving them a basic understanding of core functions-Business Planning, Sourcing, Production, HR, Marketing, IT, Finance and Operations.

Equipped with the new found knowledge, the budding managers, go forth in the industry to apply the theoretical concepts in real corporate world during 6 to 8 weeks of summer training.

The second year provides the students with an in-depth understanding of the core functional areas of their choice. .

Dual Specialization: A student can opt for two streams in a semester i.e. the student can opt for any three of the four courses from two streams in a semester.

The curriculum is a fine blend of theoretical and practice knowledge. Students get to understand the challenges of the corporate world through guest lectures by corporate leaders, case studies, surprise tests, exercise and projects, that prepare students for their journey towards corporate excellence.
