Presentation rules

  1. One of the mentioned co-authors needs to present the paper.
  2. Papers not presented during the conference shall not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
  3. No presenter shall be reminded about their presentation slot. The given slot shall not be changed under any circumstances.
  4. Presenters need to be present during the entire session.
  5. Each paper is assigned a total of 15 minutes, and the breakdown is as follows. Presentation: 12 Minutes and Q&A: 3 Minutes
  6. Please adhere to these time limits while preparing the power point presentation
  7. The power point presentation should include Paper title, Presenter's name (for issue of certificate), Introduction, Gaps, Objectives, Methodology, Analysis, Findings, Implications. An sample PPT is enclosed.
  8. The time limit will be strictly enforced due to the substantial number of papers scheduled in each session.
  9. Presenting authors are asked to be ready for their session 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the respective session, allowing the Session Chair to verify the attendance of the presenting authors.
  10. Participation certificate would be awarded only to the presenter of the paper.
