Guidelines

Presentation Guidelines

  • Each paper is assigned a total of 10 minutes, and the breakdown is as follows.
    • Presentation: 7 Minutes
    • Q&A: 3 Minutes
    • Please adhere to these time limits while preparing this presentation.
    • The presentation should include Paper title, Presenter's name (for issue of certificate), Introduction, Gaps, Objectives, Methodology, Analysis, Findings, Implications.
  • The time limit will be strictly enforced due to the substantial number of papers scheduled in each session.
  • Presenting authors are asked to be ready for their session 10 minutes before the scheduled start of the respective session, allowing the Session Chair to verify the attendance of the presenting authors.
  • Participation certificates could be awarded only to the presenter of the paper.
  • We recommend that one author conduct the entire presentation, adhering to the above-mentioned time limits.
  • Any accepted paper included in the final schedule of ICETM 2025 is expected to have at least one author present the paper at the conference.
