Industry Exposure & Skill Development
Students gain industry insights through corporate interactions, guest lectures, hands-on experience by volunteering at leading trade shows such as SATTE (South Asia's Travel & Tourism Exchange), NIMA (Network of Indian MICE Agents) Workshop, and BLTM (Business + Leisure Travel & MICE).
The Placement process involves following Steps/Activities:
Placement Activities Calendar: A tentative calendar for the recruitment process for students graduating/ post graduating in the Academic year is shared.
Institutional Placement Committee: A dedicated team of faculty, IIC/CRC members is constituted during the Annual Academic Planning for the Academic Session. The Institutional Placement Committee for ensures 100% quality placement through involvement of students, rigorous industry interaction.
Student Placement Committee: The placement activities are actively driven by students. They will work under the guidance of designated faculty/CRC/IIC team for placement.

Resume Preparation:

Registration and Application:
- Company Registration: Companies interested in recruiting register with the placement cell.
- Student Registration: Students who meet the eligibility criteria and shown interest submit their application for the placement drive.
- Resume Submission: The resume is shared with the companies for those students shown interest in the profiles.
Inviting Companies for Campus Placement (Process)
Dream Companies: We offer placement opportunities, aiming to place students in their dream companies based on their aspirations like Make My Trip ,International Travel House, Sita Travels, Ease My Trip .
Companies visit for Pre-Placement Talk/Campus Recruitment: This is the interaction session held by companies before commencing their selection process.
Assessment & Selection Rounds:
- Group Discussions (GDs): GDs assess communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical Interviews: These interviews focus on evaluating technical skills and knowledge relevant to the job role.
- HR Interviews: HR interviews assess personality, soft skills, and cultural fit.
Offer Letters & Onboarding:
- Offer Letters: Successful candidates receive offer letters from the recruiting companies.
- Onboarding: Once a candidate accepts the offer, the onboarding process begins, which includes completing paperwork, verifying documents, and introducing the new hire to the company's policies and procedures.
