Instructions for Author

IEEE sponsored International Conferences RDCAPE-2015 and RDCAPE-2017 proceedings are available on IEEE Xplore. RDCAPE-2019 memorandum of understanding (MOU) with IEEE USA is already signed. "Accepted papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore". Please note that as per the IEEE guideline the accepted paper must be registered and presented by one of the author of the paper to qualify to be included in the conference proceedings.

Please note that manuscripts for RDCAPE-2019 will only be accepted in electronic format through EasyChair online submission system. Please do not send hard copy of your paper. If you are unable to submit your contribution electronically, please contact us.

Submission Guideline

Instruction to Author of Accepted Paper

Note:The author(s) should note that the similarity content of each paper is checked by the organizer of the conference, RDCAPE 2019. However, If at any stage the similarity content of the paper is found to be higher than that acceptable by IEEE, then the paper may not be included in the IEEE Xplore Proceeding.

Note: If you select two papers then

1. Collect all the documents given in guidelines below, and save each paper folder with respective paper id and make a single .zip folder and then upload it during registration.
2. For three papers, make three different folders with all the documents with respective paper id and make a single .zip folder and upload it during registration.

Authors are requested to follow Final Paper Submission link on website.

The paper length should not exceed six (6) pages, IEEE two (2) column format. You need to modify your paper exactly as per the format requirements specified in the Camera Ready Format.
However, the authors can extend maximum 2 page with over length page charge, of Rs. 500/page for Indian participant and US $ 25/page for International participant. (Maximum page submission is eight (8) pages).

Please send us the PDF of the Camera Ready Copy generated by PDF eXpress only.

STEP 3: Please rename your PDF with your paper ID. ( XXXX_camerar.PDF).
For example: If the paper id is 120 then rename your PDF as (120_camerar.PDF). Follow the same naming convention for all the

STEP 4: Author should submit the documents mention below in a single zip file though Online Registration Form. When you will click on Registration Form link then after filling form you will get an upload button where you will upload your .zip folder. After uploading, click on submit and you will redirect to Payment Gateway. After doing payment your registraion will be done.:
1. IEEE PDF Compliant Camera Ready Paper (PaperID_camerar.PDF) .
2. Source File(PaperID _camerar.DOC or PaperID _camerar.DOCX)
3. IEEE Copyright Form with your paper ID.( PaperID _copyr.PDF/.JPG)
4. If you are registering as IEEE member, you should include scanned copy of membership card/letter in the .zip folder(PaperID_IEEE.JPEG/.PDF).
6. If you are registering as Student, you should include scanned copy of valid ID card in .zip folder(PaperID_ID_Card.JPEG/PDF).

6. Make a .zip folder and rename it with your paper ID (for example PaperID.zip) and upload it through regsitration page.

Following requirements are mandatory to include your paper in IEEE Xplore Conference Proceedings.

4. If you are registering as IEEE member, you should include scanned copy of membership card/letter in the .zip folder.
6. If you are registering as Student, you should include scanned copy of valid ID card in .zip folder.

Please complete the registration process between 4th September 2019 to 15th September 2019. If the author will be unable to present the paper in the conference after registration then conference fee will be non-refundable.
