National Seminar on “Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices in Service based organizations : Issues, Challenges, Current Status and future Perspectives”

Amity school of Hospitality, a constitute institution of Amity university , Lucknow Campus has organised a one day National Seminar on “Human Resource Management (HRM) Practices in Service based organizations : Issues, Challenges, Current Status and future Perspectives” at Auditorium Block . 246 participants from more than 15 colleges of Lucknow got registered & participated in the same seminar. The above speakers said that the theme of seminar is having great relevance in the present day world as there is always a significant relationship between HRM Practices and the performance of service based organizations since increasingly, service based organizations which are providing more or less similar kinds of products, services and facilities depends less on adavntages associated with  price and product features instead of that they are implementing no. of HR strategies that feature a greater customer satisfaction and ensure value through providing high quality service and maintaining good relations with customers rather than transactions which results in high level of customer delight and subsequently loyalty . These practices are being followed so as to remain sustainable and competitive in today’s rapidly changing competitive business environment. As such to achieve the same objective, service based organizations have now recognized that getting customer-oriented behaviors from their employees is more important and critical, so they are utilizing their no. of human resource practices to stimulate and reinforce the behaviors of their employees as required for the successful implementation of greater customer-oriented strategies..
