Dr. Ritesh Dwivedi, Assistant Professor, MSW, NET, Ph.D. (Rural Development)
Dr. Dwivedi has served at University of Lucknow and HNB Garhwal University as faculty member. He has more than 8 years of working experience with various Civil Society Organizations / Funding Agencies / Government Projects / Academic Institutions in different positions.

He has administered and monitored the functioning of Social Welfare projects at state, district and community level. His 8 papers have been published in different Social development and Management journals.

He has expertise in Microfinance Management, Rural Entrepreneurship, Social Enterprise Management, Cooperative Management, Social Research and Rural Poverty Alleviation etc. and has imparted training to the field officers, community members and farmers on different development related subjects such as SHG formation and governance, Microfinance, Gender Sensitization and Livelihoods Promotion etc..

Ms. Mansi Paul, Assistant Professor , MBA- Rural Management


Ms. Mansi Paul is an MBA in Rural Management from Amity University. Ms. Paul has worked in the rural areas of North East India, in the field of women leadership role and empowerment along with grass root work. She has engaged herself in providing trainings at state level workshops. She also worked as a volunteer for an NGO as grass root trainee in providing education to poor children. Her areas of expertise are rural enterprise, social service and rural marketing
