Amity School of Fine Arts provides individuals seeking advance study in the arts an opportunity to secure the recognized terminal degree in the studio arts. MFA serves students of high personal motivation independent thinking and significant prior studio experience. ASFA unique structure encourages graduate students to develop an interdisciplinary program of study which meets the student's specific needs and interests. Based in mentoring, the program utilizes individualized learning contracts. Students shall be participating in art seminars, studio critique sessions and a thesis exhibition. Candidate will have the opportunity to participate in an internship program which places them into working situation related to their study experiences or career goals.

Graduate students may elect to pursue creative working in a variety of disciplines including a) painting b) Drawing c) Sculpture d) installation e) Graphic Design f) Advertising Design g) illustration h) Animation i) photography.

The learning environment for the MFA candidates is supported by faculty and staff committed to teaching and provides one of the finest facilities in the country. Each graduate student shall have individual studio space, e-mail privileges and access to internet and other networks resources for research, creative work or other communication needs. The college's space for exhibition of works is available to graduate students including off-campus programs. Upon completion of the MFA program in visual studies, ASFA graduates have a wide range of choices within the various disciplines of fine arts to consider as career path.
