General Guidelines



  • All admissions are provisional and will be considered final subject to the fulfillment of following conditions:

    • Eligibility Criterion

    • Verification of Original Certificates / Documents

    • Realisation of Fee

  • Fees once paid for the programme will not be refunded.

  • Medium of instruction for all programmes is English.

  • Age is no bar for admission to any programme.

  • Amity University reserves the right to update the programmes through changes in methodology, contents & structure from time to time.

  • It is not obligatory for the University to offer training on the modified/updated programmes to the students who have registered for an
    earlier version of the programme

  • Amity University has the right to suspend any programme for a particular session.

  • The competent authority, without any notice, may change the provisions in prospectus

  • Amity University reserves the right to change the syllabus of the programmes, content, examination system, examination procedure,     weightage, promotion policy without prior notice.

  • Amity University shall be the competent authority to amend any of the above provisions.

  • For any clarification/dispute the decision of the Vice Chancellor, Amity University shall be final & binding on all concerned.

  • All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the appropriate court of law in Gautam Budh Nagar District.

  • The admission will be cancelled and no fee will be refunded at any stage during the course if the documents submitted by the student are     found to be false or forged.

Fee Payment



  • Students are required to pay the Semester Fee latest by 15 days prior to the commencement of the applicable semester.
  • Applicable late fee guidelines are provided under the "Announcements or News/Events".
  • Non-payment of fee during the stipulated period will entitle a student to be declared dropped and may be allowed to continue the programme after due approvals from University and after paying applicable program 'Continuation Fee'.
  • Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • After expiry of fee submission date, Rs. 2000 will be applicable per semester in case of deferred semesters.

Offline mode of payment:

Demand Draft

You can send a demand draft in the name of Amity University, UP A/C Distance Learning, payable at Noida. Please write your name and course at the back. You can also personally deliver the Demand Draft to our NOIDA headquarters.

 
Please note:

The Currency has to be Indian National Rupee. We do not accept any other currency. You can ask your bank to convert your currency into ours and then transact.

Debit Card

You can arrange for a Debit Card payment through any bank.
