Online Panel Discussion on "Helping Hand During COVID Pandemic & Its Impact on Entrepreneurship" at Amity University Jharkhand
Amity Institute of Biotechnology of Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi organized an Online Panel Discussion on Helping Hand during COVID Pandemic and its impact on Entrepreneurship on 21st May’ 2021 from 11:00AM to 12:00PM for the students of Biotechnology. This online panel discussion was conducted aimed to provide an insight of the effect of COVID on new entrepreneurs and to create an awareness to boost the immune system to fight against this deadly virus.
The dignitaries who graced the occasion were Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director, Mr. Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar & Dr. Biswarup Samanta, Programme Coordinator- EAS & JMC Domain of Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi. Prof.(Dr.) Raman Kumar Jha- Hon’ble Vice Chancellor talked about Covid-19 and said “We need to take precautions and must use double mask and sanitizers. Let others win by your help.”
The speakers of the session were Dr. Shovona Chaudhary, Asst. Professor & PC, Arts & Commerce & Dr. Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, Asst. Professor, Research & Development Cell of Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi. They explained the origin, causes and treatment of this disease that has infected the entire planet and left many in shambles. This virus being airborne is mainly transmitted through the droplets and Dr. Dhananjay very briefly described how to boost the immune system to fight against this deadly virus and about supplementary diets. Another Speaker of the event- Dr. Shovona Choudhury focused on the possible opportunity to become an Entrepreneur and what impacts will be on the society during this Pandemic period. Respected Director sir Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey acknowledged the participants about the situation of Indian economy in the coming months. Dr. Biswarup Samanta expressed his views to the students about the 7 Points that should be the keys of becoming real entrepreneur. Dr. Manish Kr. Rajak, Asst. Professor of Management Domain shared his experience and inform the audience about how to be stay protective even after attack of this COVID Pandemic.
Apart from all students of Amity Institute of Biotechnology, different Students from other domain of the University and others interested Faculty Members were present in this Online Panel Discussion. The Online Panel Discussion was successfully moderated by Dr. Nimmy Srivastava, Asst. Professor cum Departmental Research & Extension Activity Coordinator (AIB) and this interactive session was concluded by vote of thanks of Dr. Amit Kumar Dutta, Amity Institute of Biotechnology.
