Amity University Jharkhand organized the webinar session on “Fundamentals of Machine Learning Technologies with Recent Trends and its Applications” on 2nd April, 2021.
The convenor of the event Dr. Biswarup Samanta welcomed the dignitaries and the guest speaker. He said, “The only skill which is required in the 21st century is the skill to learn new skills”. Prof. Dr. Raman Kumar Jha, Vice-Chancellor, Amity University Jharkhand, elaborated the significance and advancement of Artificial Intelligence. Prof. Dr. Ajit Kumar Pandey, Director and Shri Prabhakar Tripathi, Registrar, Amity University Jharkhand welcomed the guest speaker and blessed the gathering.
Guest speaker of the session Dr. Anup Nandy, Assistant Professor, Professor-in-Charge (T&P), Department of CSE, NIT, Rourkela explained the main processes and strategies of Machine Learning. He discussed types of typical applications like machine vision, OCR, speech recognition, bioinformatics, IDBR etc. He also discussed various concepts and rules.
