Foreign‑Language Profiles (French / German / Spanish)
My journey at Capgemini—from associate to Process Lead—has been built on managing global workflows and supporting multinational teams. The three years I spent at ASFL, Amity, strengthened my French, sharpened my professional communication, and built the cultural agility that now drives my performance in international operations. I contribute not just as a bilingual professional but as someone equipped to lead processes and deliver consistently in a global environment.
In my role as an SPS Associate at Amazon, I work with fast paced, customer facing French communication across the European market. The three years of rigorous language training at ASFL, Amity, equipped me with the fluency, accuracy, and professional discipline needed to manage complex queries from day one. Amity graduates bring not just strong French, but the operational readiness required in global e commerce environments.
The rigorous B.A. (Hons.) French programme at ASFL—rooted in grammar, literature, and structured composition—gave me the depth needed to grow quickly into a departmental leadership role. ASFL graduates bring mastery, discipline, and the ability to train and guide others in complex communication environments.
My role requires analysing and teaching advanced linguistic structures every day, and the high standards of translation and composition at ASFL prepared me perfectly for this responsibility. ASFL students emerge as confident communicators ready for demanding training, consulting, and client facing roles.
Account Management depends on persuasive communication, and my Spanish proficiency—strengthened at ASFL—has been central to managing key accounts across Spanish speaking markets. The blend of language fluency and business exposure equips ASFL graduates to handle senior client relationships and deliver measurable results.
Working in a global organisation like Wipro requires seamless multilingual support. The practical, industry aligned Spanish training at ASFL gave me the vocabulary, cultural insight, and confidence to contribute from day one. ASFL graduates are prepared for immediate productivity in IT and GIC environments.
During my three years at Amity University, I had a very good experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally. I learnt many new things, and my confidence improved a lot through various activities and guidance from my teachers. The constant support and motivation I received from them helped me perform better in every area. This confidence later played a key role in helping me crack my interview at Amazon. I joined Amazon as a Catalog Associate, where I learned many important industry skills that strengthened my professional foundation. This year, I was promoted to the position of Senior Catalog Associate and have also received multiple appreciations from higher management for my work. My journey from Amity to Amazon has been very enriching, and I truly believe that the learning environment and values I gained at Amity prepared me well for life and the corporate world.
In a technical environment like Agilent, precision in German communication is essential. ASFL’s specialised modules prepared me to handle complex documentation and operational requirements with accuracy. Our graduates offer the linguistic precision demanded by high stakes scientific industries.
My rapid growth into a Senior Analyst role is rooted in the analytical and cultural processing skills developed at ASFL. The programme trains students to interpret context, not just language, making ASFL graduates ideal for roles requiring high analytical performance and global awareness.
My time at Amity School of Foreign Languages was a defining phase of my personal and academic growth. I graduated in 2024 with a B.A. (Hons.) in French, after three enriching years guided by dedicated professors whose mentorship shaped my language proficiency, discipline, and confidence. I approached learning with curiosity and consistency, which led to receiving scholarships twice for academic excellence, graduating as a gold medalist, and being honoured with the Achiever’s Award for leadership. Alongside academics, I actively participated in sports and anchoring, experiences that strengthened my communication and teamwork skills. I was placed at Amazon through campus recruitment, where I began my professional journey as an Investigation Specialist (French), working closely with sellers and building strong conversational fluency. Currently, I work as an Account Management Associate (French), supporting sellers in improving visibility and driving business growth.
I am a hospitality professional with a strong academic foundation and progressive industry experience. I completed my graduation in French Language from Amity University, which enhanced my communication skills and global outlook. During my early career, I began working in Sales with The Oberoi Group of Hotels and Resorts, where I handled sales responsibilities for pan-India and international properties. While working in sales, I simultaneously pursued my MBA in Sales and Marketing, completing part of the program in India and the remainder while working in the UAE. During my MBA, I received an opportunity to join Al Zorah Beach Resort, UAE, where I started in the Reservations department to gain in-depth exposure to revenue dynamics. Over time, my growing interest and understanding of revenue management led me to my current role, where I now manage Reservations and Revenue for the property, contributing to inventory control, forecasting, pricing, and revenue optimization.
I am Kriti Jamwal, a French Honours graduate from the Class of 2022–25 who is currently working as a Content Analyst at Sportskeeda. My academic journey at Amity taught me far more than language alone. It shaped how I observe the world, think critically, and understand perspectives beyond what is visible beyond the horizon. Under the guidance of my professors, I grew both intellectually and emotionally as a person and understood what it means to be a leader. At Sportskeeda, my hidden passion for gaming comes together with my insatiable hunger for curiosity and analysis. I break down complex game development, narrative structures, and statistical data into content that is clear and accessible for diverse gaming communities. It has made me more confident and be clear with my words and expressions. In fact, my journey in Amity did play a crucial role in building these skills for me. I encourage all readers to follow what truly resonates with them and stay committed to their ideals in academics as well as in life.
