ABOUT AMINOVA 2022

Annual Mega Cultural Extravaganza; AMINOVA is an annual mega event and a ritual celebrating joy, talent and passion for cultural practices. It is a platform where students from all streams come together and work as a team, plan the events and successfully execute them. The event witnesses huge participation from Amity University Mumbai and various colleges across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Pune touching an approximate footfall of 5000 students. Over the past years, the quality of the event has only enhanced. The University has organized Aminova as a brilliant amalgamation of events ranging from Fashion Show, Mega Model Hunt, Dancing Competition, Singing Competition, Cricket, Football, Basketball and so on.

Look, Up in the Sky!

Astrophotography – A Beginner’s Guide

Astrophotography is a beginner’s guide workshop for enthusiastic photographers which will be conducted by a 17-year-old amateur Astronomer and Astro-photographer Prathamesh Jaju.

Prathamesh is a Samsung Galaxy creator and Canon India EOS Influencer. He has been featured in many publications for a 186GB picture consisting of 55,000 images of the moon, which is the clearest till date. Prathamesh will take the attendees on a short journey through the basics of Astrophotography.

GUIDELINES FOR ALL STUDENTS
(IN-HOUSE AND OUTSIDE AMITY UNIVERSITY MUMBAI)

  • All participants must carry their valid college ID card & Aadhar Card
  • All participants need to show their final COVID-19 vaccination certificate while entering the campus and shall adhere to all COVID 19 protocols and follow all kinds of sanitization and hygiene during the days of AMINOVA 2022.
  • Reporting time for the event is 9AM on both the days of the event.
  • Judges’ decisions will be final, no arguments will be entertained.
  • Refund policy remains that NO refunds will be provided to the participants once payment is completed
  • Event/s are subject to modification by the Core Committee - AMINOVA 2022.
  • All the event registrations will go through Amity Payment Gateway only.
  • Any form of cash payment as a part of registration shall not be collected by Team AMINOVA 2022.
  • Likewise, the process of reimbursement (in the form of cash prizes for winners) shall take place via the finance committee only (in case any)
  • All event winners must compulsorily submit the following e-copies: Aadhar Card & Cancelled Cheque.
  • The Organizing Team of the Event, The Club and Club’s Office Bearers shall be liable to property loss (in case any) in the mentioned venue and surrounding.
  • Any last-minute changes shall be discussed and finalized only with the core committee - AMINOVA 2022.
  • No student shall engage into any activity that would cause damage to Amity’s reputation; vandalism of any kind will result in disqualification of the participant and would also be reported to the respective college or institution.
  • Strict action will be taken against those found using alcohol, cigarettes & any kind of substances.
  • Any student found to be engaging in any activity that is illegal/not adhering the attributes of Amity University Maharashtra will not only be scrutinized for the actions but also result into the immediate disqualification from all events.
  • In case any student is found not following the protocols set by AUM; a strict action shall be taken by the COVID squad committee appointed by the Team AMINOVA 2022.
  • In case of conflict/dispute by the registered participants the event coordinators shall keep the Student Council AUM in loop and resolve the dispute before the culmination of AMINOVA 2022.
