Dr Nalina brings with her over two decades of experience in training and coaching and has worked with organisations requiring high level of communication and negotiation expertise, including consular missions involved in high level inter-governmental relationship building.
She holds a doctoral degree and has done extensive research in the area of technology mediated facilitation with corporates with a special focus on how artificial intelligence can be enhanced to communicate better. She is a certified expert coach and has helped individuals and teams in a variety of organizations to communicate more effectively. Her other interest areas are in using communication as a tool for culture building and leadership as well as managing change.
Her clients include organisations in multiple sectors (such as banking, information technology, communications, railways, health care, diplomatic missions, pharmaceuticals, travel and utilities industry).
