Dr. Pathik Sahoo, a post doctoral researcher at National Institute for Material Science (NIMS), Tsukuba, Japan had delivered a guest lecture entitled 'Pumping Time Crystal in Artificial Brain and reading decision through Magnetic Light' on 12.09.19. The talk was organized by Amity School of Applied Sciences and coordinated by Prof. Kanad Ray, Head, Dept. of Physics. Prof. Ray introduced Dr. Sahoo before the audience. The talk started at 11:00 am and the duration of the talk was about 2 hours. Prof. S.L. Kothari, Vice president, ASTIF and Prof. Jagdish Prasad,Director,PhD Programme welcomed Dr. Sahoo. M.Sc, B.Tech and M.Tech  Students from ASAS, AIB attended the session. Many Ph.D students were also present. Many faculties were also present at the lecture. The talk was very interesting and ushered a new light on the upcoming brain research. Also Dr. Sahoo pointed at the different facilities available at NIMS.  The talk ended with a rigorous question and answer session. Many students as well as faculties took active part in this session.
