Building Standards to Minimize Water Use

Roof tops of all buildings are having proper out-let system of Rain-Water through drainage pipe collected in rain Harvesting Pit for recharging and replenishing of ground water.
All over head water tanks are fitted with auto sensors system to avoid any overflow/wastage of water. Refilling of water tanks are through auto system.
Low flow plumbing fixtures are used including bathing showers.
In most of the buildings of toilets are fitted with Health Faucet to control the use of water.
For all buildings recycled water in used for flushing.
Sprinkler systems are used for gardening/watering of lounges, grounds to avoid water wastages only recycle water is used for gardening.
Re-cycled water is used (through Softening Plant) for cooling tower and civil construction work.
Less water requiring Plants are used for plantation on the campus to avoid excess qty of water.
Create awareness for water conservation among all staff/students in the campus.
Glasses fitted the outside of all the buildings are toughened glasses which protect the buildings from heat and keep cool.
