Amity University Madhya Pradesh organizes Essay Writing Competition on the occasion of National Education Day on 11 November, 2016

An essay writing competition was held at Amity University Madhya Pradesh on 11 Nov 2016 on the occasion National Educational Day to commemorate the 126^th birth anniversary of freedom fighter, philosopher and eminent educationist Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. Students of different streams from all across the university participated with zeal and enthusiasm in this competition. Recalling the life of Azad, the students composed 1000 words essays on the topic “Maulana Azad’s Vision of Nation Building through Education.” Through a long process of critical judgment, the Panel of Judges finally selected the best three write-ups for the award. Ms. Mrigna Kashyap B.A. LL.B Sem V grabbed the first position. Mr. Lokesh Kumar B.Tech MAE Sem VII stood second and Ms. Rounak Shrivastava LLM. Sem I secured the third position. The Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, AUMP, Lt Gen V.K. Sharma, AVSM (Retd.) handed over the trophies along with the certificates to the winners and certificates of appreciation to seven other top essayists. The event was conducted under the aegis of ASCENT, AUMP.
