The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is the international impartial authority on postgraduate business education. Their accreditation service is the global standard for all MBA, DBA and MBM programmes. AMBA accredits MBA provision at 161 schools in 72 countries. AMBA is the only professional membership association for over 9,000 MBA students and graduates, accredited business schools, and MBA employers.

Today, it was a fateful day for Amity when Mr. Mark Stoddard- Accreditation Projects Manager, Association of MBAs (AMBA), and Associate Editor, Business Leadership Review visited Amity University .Mark Stoddard was in India to speak at the International Accreditation Conference, in which Amity also participated strongly.

Mark was very impressed with Amity on getting to know the wide field of academic subjects being offered by Amity. He was quite surprised and pleased at the great range of specialist MBAs developed and offered by Amity. This he stated in a face to face meeting with the Hon''''ble Chancellor, Mr. Atul Chauhan. Also present during the meeting were Pro Vice Chancellor (I) Prof. (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, International Affairs'''' Director , Maj. Gen R K Dhawan, Director Amity School of Business, Prof. Alka Munjal and senior faculty members from Amity Business School.

Mark expressed keen willingness to work closely with Amity to handle the process of International Accreditation. When the Chancellor assured Mark Stoddard that Amity will achieve accreditation in the shortest possible time, Mark stated that he was quite sure of that seeing the commitment, dynamism and focus of the Chancellor
