Mr. S. Narayanan, CEO, IFFCO-Tokio General visited Amity School of Insurance and Actuarial Science during the Orientation program of Amity School of Insurance and Actuarial Science.

Mr. S. Narayanan, CEO, IFFCO-Tokio General while inaugurating the program stated his long association with Amity and said that Amity have made a wise decision in taking up Insurance as one of its area of teaching. Students are significantly efficient and professional. He stressed that the most important thing is the implementation of knowledge that students learn in the university. But good results cannot be expected overnight. Patience and perseverance are the most important qualities one should have. He further added that small accumulations of everyday will lead to good future accumulation. Sharing the tips of success amongst students he remarked politeness and modesty are very essential experiences to survive in the industry.

Mr. Ramesh Kumar, Vice President, (HR), IFFCO-Tokio General advised the students that as future managers the students should have to build in them the ability to manage customers and the team they work with efficiently.

There was a healthy interaction between the students and the honorable Chief Guest. Students queries regarding the job market in this particular field, other subjects were very tactfully answered by the Chief Guest. During the interaction in terms of job opportunities Mr. Narayanan said “in the coming 5 years Insurance and Out Sourced Companies will offer good job opportunities.”
