HR CONCLAVE 2019 "Digital transformation of work and workplace- Opportunities, challenges and the way forward”
Amity University Jaipur successfully inaugurated the HR Conclave2019. We thank Mr B.B. Sinha (Advisor, Great Eastern Shipping Corporation) and Mr Anoop Bartaria (Chairman and MD, Sincere Group of companies) for gracing the event as the Chief Guest.
HR Conclave 2019 began Day 1 with top Corporate Leaders Mr Anil Kaushik(HR Magazine), Mr.Subhamoy Chakraborti(ABP News), Mr Vikas Gupta(Hiranandani Group), Mr Vishal Sinha(Tranzlease Holdings). The experts shared their thoughts on "Paradigm Shift: Evolution of Traditional Organisations into Technological Organisations.
The post-lunch sessions at the HR Conclave2019 at Amity University Jaipur revolved around “Leadership Challenge: Defining Strategy to Balance Varying Needs of Multi-Generational Workforce”. The speakers of the session included Mr Amulya Sah (Vice President & Director HR, IT BY DESIGN), Mr Deepak Gupta (Group Head HR, Karvy Group) and Dr Faisal Nadeem Saiyed (Director-People Services APAC from Expedia inc).
“Technology is Knowledge and Where to Use Technology is Wisdom”, said by Mr Swarup Sinha(Principal, ITC-HMI). HR Conclave 2019 Day2 provided a platform for corporate leaders to interact and share multi-generational ideologies under one roof.
