 Amity University Jharkhand organized Vigilance Awareness Week 2019 in collaboration with CMPDI, Ranchi

Amity University Jharkhand in association with CMPDI organized Vigilance Awareness Session on Thursday, 31st October 2019 in Amity University Jharkhand premises.This was also in observance of the birthday of Sardar Vallabhai Patel. The theme of the Central Vigilance Awareness Commission, New Delhi for this year is - "INTEGRITY - a way of life" with the objective of making people aware about the importance of moral values and honesty in daily life. Integrity not only to leads to a positive life, but uplifts the society as a whole and creates unity and cohesiveness. Events like essay writing competition and Nukkad Natak was presented for creating awareness.  A total of more than 50 students participated, wherein students took great effort to put up a successful show.

The program began with the felicitation of the  Chief Guests Mr. Pushkar, GM, CMPDI, Mr. S.K. Thakur, Senior Manager, CMPDI , Mr. A.K. Tripathy, Chief Manager, Ms. Ritu Singh, Assistant Manager (Finance) by  Prof.(Dr.) A.K. Pandey, Director of Amity University Jharkhand.

Addressing the students with his words of wisdom, Prof. (Dr.) A.K. Pandey said this vigilance awareness week highlighted the importance of being vigilant.

Sharing words of inspiration with the young students, Mr.Pushkar said that integrity is instrumental in the development of a nation.

The audience also took a pledge of unity led by Mr.Pushkar, GM, CMPDI. Shilpi Karak,B.A. English (hons) 5th Semester bagged the first prize followed by Shashank Gupta B.A English 3rd Semester, who won the second prize and Pratiksha Singh B.A. English 3rd Semester received the third prize. The session was a great success; it ended with a Vote of Thanks to all the members.
