Amity Indore - Orientation Program 2019
The orientation day for BBA and MBA was held at AGBS Indore on the 4th and 5th September. The special guests of honor for the function were Dr. Preeti Bajaj, Assistant Director, marketing and operations and Ms. Monica Bawa, Assistant Director, Admissions. The two day program began with the customary Hawan. The agenda of the first day was to equip students with complete knowledge about Amity. Dr. Rajeev Samuel, welcomed, Dr. Preeti Bajaj, Assistant Director, marketing and operations and Ms. Monica Bawa, Assistant Director, Admissions who had joined us from Noida. He acknowledged the contribution of Amity Education Group in nation building and shared the vision of our Honorable Founder President Sir, Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan and Respected President & Chancellor Sir, Dr. Atul Chauhan, with the new students. He also shared the welcome message of our beloved, Shri U Ramachandran, Senior Vice President, Amity Education Group. It was followed by Faculty introduction, which was followed by session with Dr. Preeti Bajaj. She motivated the students to do well. Students enjoyed a variety of dishes in the buffet lunch which they relished.After lunch, an interesting ice breaking session was conducted by Mr. Pankaj, followed by Alumni interaction.
The second day brought a foray of Corporate interactions- Mr. Mahesh Sharma, CEO, Flexituff and Dr. Sandeep Atre. Mr Sharma told the students to learn from failure and Dr. Atre talked about emotional intelligence.
Community lunch was planned which was thoroughly enjoyed by one and all. Post lunch session was informal interaction between students.
The program coordinator was Mrs. Deepali Pai and was hosted by Mahek Khandelwal, Vanashree Bhalerao, Tanya Verma , Palak Mhaske, Riya Shah and Ritika Kungwani.
