Brainstorming session on Future perspectives of Dairy Microbiology
The Director (AIMT) and Registrar have welcomed Dr. Gautam Kaul, Principal Scientist & Head, ICAR - National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana and felicitated him with Amity momentum. Dr. Aparna Tripathi (Assistant Professor, AIMT) introduced guest of the event in front of PG students, research scholars, and faculty members of AIMT & AIB (52 nos.). Dr. Kaul has given an overview of Indian Dairy Industry and it’s insight challenges which will need to be addressed by young generation. He focused on multi directional R&D which need to connect with relevant industry to produce globally competition products and strengthen our GDP. He shared his own research experiences and challenges during his research journey in India, USA, Australia, and several other countries. He suggested the students to be ready to take up new challenges always. Students asked queries related to their research interests which were addressed by Resource person. Faculty members and Ph.D. scholars were also interacted on possible resource sharing hand collaborative work which is much possible with NDRI.
