Amity has filed more than 2126 patents applications in leading scientific and technological areas like Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Sensors, Materials, Herbal and Ayurvedic medicines, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Computer Science etc. Many of these technologies have immense potential for commercialization and transfer to industry. In order to exploit the potential of these technologies, Directorate of Innovation and Technology Transfer (DITT) an Industry Interface Unit of Amity University is established, which is fully equipped with intellectual capital & optimum resources. At present, DITT is Provding coverage to all the Institutions and Universities of Amity Education Group.

The technology will be used to protect health care workers, security personnel, outdoor workers, and general public from infectious agents, as well as particulate material in the air.
CoronaX - A Deep Convolutional Neural Network Model for Reliable detection of SARS- related coronavirus (COVID-19) An artificial Intelligence based system and method for medical diagnosis of SARS-related coronavirus. The presented invention more particularly relates to building a model and analyzing the data of people who are suffering from the Coronavirus disease. It is a real time system for efficiently diagnosing COVID-19 to keep a precise record of positive cases so that people who are diagnosed positive can be treated on time and can be prevented from being a carrier of the virus being transmitted to more people with a testing accuracy of more than 90%.
Broad Spectrum Hand Sanitizer The hand sanitizer is herbal and is broad spectrum (effective against bacteria, fungi, virus).The herbal extracts have proven efficacy against bacteria and fungi as tested in the lab. The combined effect of herbal extracts formulated in ethanol or Iso-propyl alcohol provides broad spectrum anti-microbial potential to the sanitizer.
Floor Disinfectant A ready-to-use, one-step home germicidal disinfectant cleaner and deodorizer. The floor disinfectant removes dirt, disinfects, deodorizes and kills the pathogenic microorganisms. It removes greasy and tough stains on floors and tiles that keep away flies and insects. Floor disinfectant is suitable for wet mopping and restroom surface cleaning.
VAXI-AI VAXI-AI is a powerful Artificial Intelligence based platform to accurately predict potential vaccine candidates from the pathogen’s proteins and DNA sequences. During the rigorous testing conducted using various bacterial, viral and parasitic sequences, the platform generated accuracy level between 90 to 95%. The platform is benchmarked against the existing software and it outperformed all of them. Recently, it was deployed against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID19) system to design multi-epitope immunogenic safe vaccine candidates. Further, it was successfully deployed to find PVC (potential vaccine candidates) against T. cruzi (Chagas disease) to identify new vaccine candidates and design effective vaccines by a leading US based vaccine group. This system can screen thousands of genes and proteins to rank and shortlist best candidates within few hours on our proprietary powerful & secured computational systems.
