On 9th September 2025, Amity University Patna held the 9th Edition of its Orientation Programme at Gyan Bhawan, Gandhi Maidan, Patna. The august occasion was graced virtually by the Hon’ble Chancellor, Amity Education Group, Dr. Atul Chauhan, whose inspiring words of wisdom encouraged the new batch to strive for excellence and reach greater heights with Amity.
The programme was addressed by the Hon’ble Senior Vice President, Amity Education Group, Mr. U. Ramachandran, and the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Amity University Patna, Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey, in the esteemed presence of Dr. Preeti Sahni, Assistant Vice President (Marketing Outreach and Admissions); Dr. Sushil Kumar, Controller of Examinations; Mr. Amitesh Jha, Assistant Director (Marketing and Operations), along with all Heads of Institutions, faculty, and staff members.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp and Ganesh Vandana, invoking divine blessings, followed by an engaging interaction with Mr. Ramachandran, who shared his invaluable insights with students. On this occasion, distinguished alumni also interacted with the gathering, recounting their remarkable journey at Amity and inspiring both students and parents. The proceedings further witnessed an address by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey, who welcomed the new batch with words of motivation and guidance.
The event concluded gracefully with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr. Navneet Kumar Yadav, Registrar, Amity University Patna, after which the guests and participants were invited for high tea.
