This work examined key enablers that improve the resilience and sustainability of the MSME sector, which plays a significant role in economic growth and employment. Using m-TISM and MICMAC analysis the research identified and analyzed the interrelationships and hierarchy of these enablers. The findings highlight factors with strong driving power that policymakers and MSME authorities should prioritize to strengthen the sector, improve resource utilization, and support long-term development, especially in the post-COVID context.

Key Highlights:
This study focused on identifying and prioritizing key parameters that influence the software testing process. A hybrid decision-making framework combining Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy TOPSIS is proposed to evaluate and rank these parameters using expert opinions represented through triangular fuzzy numbers. The findings indicate that Automated Testing, Verification/Validation, and Good Design Principles are the most critical factors for effective software testing, helping industry experts improve the reliability and efficiency of the testing process.
